This is an EP by a band originally called, 'unknown artists'. The Apple juggernaut steamrolled our band name when itunes came out by attributing this to a description of uncategorised songs. So we had to change to Effluvium for publishing purposes. If we had lots of money and lawyers, we would have maybe managed to retain our name.
On the other hand, anonymity was a huge part of our band name.
The Irony is that some other band called themselves, "Effluvium" several years later and our songs have mistakenly been associated with them in some google searches.
